Your Next Steps to FutureFoundry
Dear Team,
Thank you for the overwhelming response to the launch of DigiMantra FutureFoundry. The enthusiasm, curiosity, and energy we have witnessed from across the organisation has been truly inspiring.
It tells us something important — that innovation is not just a leadership agenda at DigiMantra, it lives within every one of you.
"The best ideas don't wait. And now, neither should you."
We are now ready to move forward. Here is a clear picture of the journey ahead — what you need to do, when, and how.
From registering your interest to seeing results — here are the key dates that will define your FutureFoundry journey.
Each stage is designed to be straightforward. Here's exactly what is expected of you at every step.
The registration window is open from 1st August to 30th August 2026. This is your first commitment to the programme — and it is simple. All you need to submit at this stage is:
① Title of the application or product you are planning to build
② Scope — a brief description of the problem it solves and what the product will do
You do not need a finished product yet. This step is about declaring your intent and giving the team early visibility into the ideas being explored.
Registration Window OpenOnce registered, you have until 30 September 2026 to build and submit your Minimum Viable Product (MVP) or a functional prototype. Your MVP should:
Clearly demonstrate the core concept of your idea
Show the primary value the product delivers to its user
Be functional enough to evaluate feasibility and potential
Think of this as your moment to show — not just tell. The MVP is the centrepiece of your submission.
MVP Deadline — 30 Sep 2026After the MVP submission deadline, all entries will undergo a structured internal evaluation by the Innovation Evaluation Panel. Submissions will be assessed on:
Problem clarity & innovation · Technical feasibility
Market potential & scalability · Commercial viability
Competitive differentiation
Results are tentatively scheduled for 31 October 2026. However, the final declaration date may vary depending on the total number of valid entries received and the time required for thorough evaluation. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
Tentative — Date May VaryFutureFoundry is open to every member of the DigiMantra team — regardless of role, department, or seniority. You can participate alone or as a group.
Go solo. Take full ownership of your idea from concept through MVP. Ideal if you have a clear vision and want to drive it independently.
Team up with up to 3 colleagues to bring diverse skills together — development, design, product thinking, and business acumen in one submission.
Title — the name of your proposed application or product.
Scope — a short description of the problem you're solving and what the product will do.
Registration closes 30 August 2026. Registering early gives you the full runway to build a strong MVP before the September deadline.
